This collection of documents is provided as a resource to those needing to develop their own hazmat and spill cleanup policies and procedures. These documents should not be viewed or used as the definitive last word in policies and procedures, but instead as a starting point for the development of your own set of policies and procedures.  Some of these documents are a collage of information from numerous sources, and in other instances they are simply a copy of an original document as created by the original author(s).
